Or do your friends have special ringtones for you? What are they and why???

My BFF has "Can't be Tamed" by Miley Cyrus as my ringtone on her phone! She says it's because I can get crazy at times- as in having a lot of fun. And a lot of the lyrics fit my attitiude and style.

My DDs ringtone on my BFFs phone is Giddy on Up- because my DD loves that song and can do the whole dance that Laura Bell Bundy does in the video.

DH had a voice mail from our almost 17 yr old dd when she was about 7. In it she tells him she loves him. He made it into the ringtone when she calls him.
DH also has the theme from the Twilight Zone as his main ring tone.

My BIL is a police officer and the theme from cops plays when a fellow officer calls him.

DH is Halo by Beyonce

DS(18) is Theme from Ferris Bueller sorry don't know the official name.

DS(16) is M*A*S*H theme song

DD(11) is Super Mario theme

My ringtones are set so that when dh calls it plays "Let's Get It On" by Barry White. If anyone else calls I hear "Telephone" by Lady Gaga.

I have different ringtones for everyone in my family. It's nice because if my cell phone is in a different room and starts ringing, I can tell by the ringtone who it is and if it's worth it to get up off the couch and answer it. Most of them are Disney. Fun!

I have Star Wars for everyone at work so I know it is them calling. I have a separate one for home and I am trying to come up with a good one for my Mom. Any suggestions?

For the general one, I have the Sleeping Beauty theme.

For DF, I rotate between "ABC" by Jackson 5 and "Lucky" by Jason Mraz.

For work, I have "The Office" theme

For my dad & brother, I have the U of I fight song

For mom, I have "Toes" by Zac Brown Band -- every time I talk with her, she has to mention how close they live to Clearwater Beach.

DH is Darth Vader breathing.

DS15 is Chewie "talking".

DD13 is a song by Jimmy Buffett - Delaney talks to statues.

Home phone is just the old style of telephone ring.

Mom is the wicked witch from The Wizard of Oz saying I'll get you my pretty. This fits her to a T. The kids also have it set for her on their phones.

Dad is the Purdue fight song.

Work is I don't wanna work, I just wanna bang on these drums all day!!

DB1 is Wham's version of Last Christmas. It's an inside joke with DH and I. First time he heard it on my phone, he spit the drink he was taking all over the place.

DB2 is him playing his sax.

There are a few others for various others but these are the ones that were picked for a special meaning.

Also at Christmas time, there are various other rings I use.

I have one for my daughter, one for my best friend, and a few others that I can't think of right now. The ones with special ring tones are the ones that I will hurry to answer. Anyone calling the regular ring tone can go to voicemail if its not convenient to answer.

DH = Theme from Mortal Kombat (starts out with the yell MORTAL KOMBAT!!! then the techno theme)
DD15 = A song by Mannheim Steamroller called Amanda Panda because she loves all things Asian and its very Asian-sounding.
My mom = The old-style theme from the Universe of Energy ride - you should see the looks I get when THAT goes off in the grocery store.
My BFF = the theme from SpectroMagic - she's a Disney nut like me and mom LOL
All the other kids in my life (all the DDs' friends, relations, etc) = the HamsterDance theme
Everyone else gets my main ringtone, which is the IllumiNations theme.

Nope! Mine is all the Doctor Who theme! Anything that brings to mind David Tennant or Matt Smith is good in my book!

I've had in the past the University of Houston fight song, the University of Texas fight song, the theme from "The Office" and a few other random obnoxious pop songs here and there. Selecting one for everyone is just too much work for me.
