Do you have an ice cream truck that drives through your neighborhood?

I don't think so. I actually saw a kid with a snow cone one day shortly after the truck raced through the neighborhood. I'm assuming the kid somehow managed to flag down the truck and get the driver to stop.

The truck doesn't stick around long enough to witness any crimes being committed. And, now that I think about it, this is a gated community. How does he get in?

I'm sure these decoy ice cream trucks that race through the enighborhoods do stop and serve some ice cream to look authentic.

I have chased the ice cream man, many times, in my car. We hear the bells, the kids start jumping up and down, grab the $$$, put on shoes and yep...he's 3 blocks away.

I really do not get it

In order to avoid the screaming kids, after I complete the above, I grab my car keys...drive to him and wave him down. I think he gets a kick out of looking for the red mini-van.

we have an ice cream truck but you never know when he is going to come. he will come one day then not come back for 2 weeks. And last time he came was a 9:30pm! What kid is going to run out and get ice cream at that time!
