I really like the word "snarky." So descriptive!

Nefarious.

Ex: Went to the surgeon's office with my MRI films hoping he wouldn't find anything nefarious lurking about my spine.

I'm a big fan of snarky, too. I also like porky-mouth. :lmao: Kitty on "That 70's Show" said porky-mouth all the time, and it's the funniest word. I also like octothorpe, which is just a big word for the # symbol. haha. Sphygmomanometer is fun too, and so is shenangians.

OH, and Medulla Oblongata.. but only because it makes me think of "The Waterboy". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfC4u5GCy3I

Plethora

(and others not suitable for these boards)

When I was an exchange student in Mexico I liked to say "imaginate" and "que divirtido!" Anybody speak Spanish and think those are fun words?

i used to curse too much, particularly the term: a**hole. i now refer to those particular people as: "donkeys"

Gordon Ramsey fan?? ;) I try to curse in Brit-speak when possible. They have better words & Americans rarely know what you're talking about to get offended. :)

Mine is more of a phrase that is used as an exclamation: "Christ on a pony". It is usually said following something not going right, kind of an "oh crap" replacement.

Other that explatives? I say "whatever" far to much for my husbands liking!

Dilly dallying....
Lollygagger...

DD uses them all the time too. In fact the other night this is the conversation between DD and DH.

DD: "Daddy, stop dilly dallying and let's go."
DH: "I'm not dilly dallying."
DD: "You are dilly dallying and we're going to be late."
DH: "You're the one who's dilly dallying."
DD: "Mommy!! Daddy said I'm dilly dallying, but he's the one who's dilly dallying." [DD to DH under her breath] "Dilly dallier!"

wingnut

A person appearing to be moderately to severely crazy. A wingnut is a constant source of entertainment to those surrounding it and can easily be found in any type of setting or venue. :lmao:
