Do you have a recommendation for a great Palo server on the Wonder?

I had a mediocre-to-bad server at Palo on my last cruise a few months ago. Can someone recently off the Wonder recommend a server? I don’t want want to end up with the same person so I figure requesting a specific person is my best bet for that not happening. Thank you!

We had Felipe from the Dominican Republic. - twice (second time around we asked for him)

On the recent WBPC sailing
One word: Amazing.
He accommodated all our requests, not that we're too demanding tho.
Pre-pandemic at Palo, I used to get a plate of different cheeses from the buffet, but no buffet now, and no cheese platter on the menu.
I asked him anyway, just to see if I could get one. He said no problem. Comes back in 5 minutes with a plate full of 5 different cheeses, fruit and olives, as well as different breads.
Never felt rushed, he was very professional, super friendly & knowledgable about the food offerings & wine selection.
Absolutely stellar service from him overall. Very recommended.

We just had an amazing server in Palo on the WBPC - her name was Mirka (I think?). One of our MDR servers was getting ready to start training in Palo - I think that he'll be wonderful. His name is Gagi.

How do you request a particular server. When you arrive for your reservation? We are staying concierge so perhaps I could ask them , should I wait until we board or email them ahead of time ?

Good question—I’ve never done this before and I’m sailing concierge for the first time, so I was planning to ask shoreside. I think waiting until you arrive for your reservation would be too late.

Just got off the Wonder and had Sasa. He was really good. They must keep info on guests and review it prior to our dining or he’s amazing. He asked if we’d been to Palo brunch before on a bigger ship. He said he remembered us and that we sat in a booth that time. We’re talking like 5-6 years ago.

Second this. We've had Mirka as a server on various ships probably about 10 times. We have always requested her when she was on our sailing. Glad that she is up to Palo now. She is fantastic! My DW just had her as a server in Palo on a quick 4-night they did out of New Orleans and cannot recommend her enough!

One of our MDR servers said that her husband is a chef on the ship so we should always take her recommendations!! "If I could make a suggestion..." - we just kept telling her yes!
