What is it and where do you get it? I'm looking to try new things!

Jiko has an amazing fish dish: Pan-Roasted and Maize-crusted Halibut with vegetables of the moment, tomato butter sauce, and crispy sweet potatoes.

Flying Fish has a potato wrapped snapper with a red wine butter sauce and leek fondue, which is also delicious.

I also really liked the grilled mahi mahi in a soy glaze at the Coral Reef.

Very light filet of sole in a lemon sauce from Chefs de France.

Also, a pan-roasted monk fish (or was it snapper?) at Narcoossee's.

Now if you like crab cakes:

Good at Coral Reef
Good at Capn' Jack's (DTD)
Great (believe it or not!) at Liberty Tree Tavern

Still looking for the ultimate crab cake, tho!

I had the snapper at Narcoossee's just the other night (Friday, 2/24).
I was really good, and I mailed Deb Wills the updated menus.

They all sound great, I'm going to look into Jiko.

I really like the crab cakes benedict over at the Yacht Club Galley for breakfast. They put poached eggs on 2 crab cakes and top it with hollandaise sauce. Very tasty!
Pair it up with a key lime smoothie and you have a very decadent breakfast of champions! :)

I also vote for the red snapper from Flying Fish. I don't care much for fish, but this was delicious!

SkipperBubba pirate: and I :maleficen both enjoy the maize-crusted tilefish from Jiko and the cedar-plank salmon at Artist Point. Yum. BIG yum.
Bon appetit,

I know this sounds stupid compared to all the upscale dishes of fish with wraps and sauce but the salmon dish at Tusker House, the counter service at Animal Kingdom was the best meal I had all week. I was thouroughly impressed!

I don't think that sounds stupid at all! My favorite is the Fish and Chips at Yorkshire County Fish Shop. I don't really like fish, but this stuff is great!

The only fish I've had at Disney has beenthe salmon platter at Turksey House and fis/chips at Epcto.

Both good.

herc.
