Do you have a facorite yearly vacation spot? If yes, do people criticize you!

Yes. We always go to Nags Head, NC and rent a beach home. Always hear the "more places to vacation" speech from friends and family. Actually, we live in a lake community and my aunt can't understand why we need to go to the beach when we live at a "beach". She just doesn't get that it's two totally different things.

We've gone to Hilton Head Island, SC, every July for the last several years. We also go to WDW as often as we can. This year we've been 3 times.

Sometimes people will ask, where are you going. When we answer WDW or Hilton Head, they will say "weren't you just there". I just smile and say "yep".

Yep, I totally agree. We go to WDW every other year, the "in-between" years we usually go someplace different each time (last time was Niagara Falls, this year it's Grand Canyon). But even so, people look at me like I'm crazy when I say that we're going back to WDW again. If it's ok for them to go to Myrtle Beach year after year after year, then it's ok for us to go to WDW!

We also have a mini-vacation the first weekend in December every year - we head to Oglebay in Wheeling, WV for the winter festival of lights. People can't understand why we choose to stay overnight there instead of just driving down to see the lights since it's so close to home.

Oh well; I figure it's OUR money and OUR vacation and we do what we want.

ME! But hopefully that will change because it's my family who rolls their eyes when I tell them we are going back to Disney.

Don't they understand? I have an addiction for which their is NO 12 step program. The only way to save myself is to keeping going back!

Of course, we want to see other places and we do, but we keep going back to Disney!
