That's funny! They are the chosen men from a series of programs referred to as Sharpe's Rifles. It was shown on PBS a couple of years ago. Sean Bean plays Richard Sharpe. Of course, I own all of the DVDs.

Just search ebay on Sean Bean and you will see that they are all available. Or, you can get the complete box set from Amazon.

By the way, the books on which the series was based are really good. There are more books than shows. The books are by Bernard Cornwell.

I adore him, too. I've actually had weird encounters with him, and it's always very random - like, I went to see a band I like, and he was there the same night. Or, I went to the casino, and he was there too. Or, I meet an old friend, we talk about our careers, and somehow the topic turns to how she cleans Topher's teeth.


He's originally from Darien, CT and his parents still live here, though he lives in LA. (Incidentally, my friend has cleaned his mom's teeth, too. ) She says he's really such a regular guy, she didn't know he was "someone" until one of her co-workers told her. She said his style isn't that far off from Eric Foreman's, he's kind of shy, but also has a very funny side. And he doesn't wear a hat to go to the dentist.

Ooooo, you lucky girl! What a small world eh? Actors are people too, fame is a strange thing.

I've had a crush on Billy Campbell ever since he was in the series Once and Again with Sela Ward. My husband even bought the Once and Again First Season DVD set for me.
Once and Again was such a great show and got jerked around by Michael Eisner and Susan Lyne at ABC. It was ultimately cancelled.

Andy Garcia is also one of my favorites. He is so sexy- especially, in the movie When a Man Loves a Woman with Meg Ryan. I love his voice!

I know who he is and I don't think that he's weird looking at all. I think he just comes across that way because his character is so cocky and he has that perpetual sneer on his face.

Yes, my son likes the WWE. Which reminds me of The Rock. He's hot too, especially in The Rundown.

I loved Kids in the Hall! I haven't seen it in years.

Most of my crushes are obscure. Like Karl Urban and Craig Parker from the LOTR movies...

Another weird crush on Tim Curry as The Grand Wizard in "The Worst Witch". He fueled many of my adolescent fantasies. (Should I be saying that?!)

I adored him in A Walk On the Moon and of course all the the Lord of the Rings movies. The greasier his hair got on the journey, the more I swooned! DH is tolerant and hardly blinked an eye when ebay delivered my life-size cut-out of him as Aragorn! You should see my smile when the garage door opens when I come home and see Aragorn waiting for me!
