Do you go to parks early or stay late with the young kids?

This was my experience on our trip last year. My kids were 8 and 4. We went for 9 days in June (so fairly late evening hours). Since I have been going to WDW (every yr since 1st one was 3 yrs old), I have never taken my kids back for a nap, but my kids have fallen asleep in their stroller. I do bring my stroller from home which is probably a little more comfy.

Both of my kids enjoyed being in the parks late at night. With each day that passed, I noticed that they were sleeping in later in the morning and not as easy to wake up and get moving at 7am or whatever early time. I ended up changing one of our ADRs at Donald's because 8am was too early and not cutting it for them - no problem.

This year, plan to stay late in the parks again. Will head early to MK on either our 1st or 2nd day of the trip, knowing that the kids won't want to get up too early as the week goes on. Also, no ADRs for breakfast before 9:30.

I am expecting another pleasant trip and hopefully this plan will work.

Good luck and do what works best for you, not what everyone on the boards says you should do.
