Are you asking if it's included with the purchase of a sorcerer pass or if people choose to purchase the photo pass add-on? It's not included ($99 add-on). My wife purchases it on hers (don't need it for both of our APs).

It doesn't come with it automatically. It is an add on to all the passes I believe.

I do the same - I get the add on for photopass and none of the rest of the family or friends linked to me do.
