compared to home? My teenage daughter nevers gets moody at WDW but waits until she gets home! It MUST be the pixie dust!

not us where all mean and hate each other hate wdw

My kids were wonderful for once. :)

I only had one trip with all the family there (well 1 to DL years back) and yes, very true, all smiles, all week.

My kids just fight over different things...like whose turn it is to open the door with the keycard, or whos turn it is to ride this ride with Daddy, or who sits where at the table...you get the idea. ;)

I have to say, that while at WDW my two boys who are very close in age (11 months apart) who usually fight about everything get along quite well. They'll even do things together, where at home, they usually go their own way.

My SO and my kids are the same there as they are anywhere. But they make the comment about me being different when I'm there. I keep a stupid smile on my face that won't go away until the ride back home.:o

YUP...and that's EXACTLY why we go every year :teeth:

DH acts happier. DD is still the same mood swingin' teenager no matter where we go.

YES! 12 yr old DS and 8 yr old DD actually LIKE each other! They want to go on rides together and DH and I follow (which is nice too! ;) ). Everyone agrees more readily and EVERYONE wants to hold hands from time to time! EVEN 12 yr old DS wanted to hold my hand in Nov.! :D He even suggested that we skip at one point!:p He likes being a kid I guess and can freely do this at WDW. He also loves the characters and will hug them and pose with them. You could not catch him with this behavior here!
SO, if you are at WDW and see a family of 4 skipping and fighting to hold hands, it just might be us. :teeth:
:earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsgirl:

I dont have any children, but I noticed my DH is much more relaxed, smiles more and seems just mostly content when we are at WDW. He is even excited about getting the PAP's again. I like watching him watch the characters, and laugh. It makes me fall in love with him all over again!

YES! This is how I know dh's cell phone ISN'T permenantly attached to his ear!::yes:: :p

Oh yeah....the kids actually LIKE each other!! :sunny: Part of the magic that makes Disney what is it!! The kids act nice and the parents act like kids!! :hyper:

My kids are usually good, it's kinda like when Santa Claus is at the mall - they don't dare act up. If only he could stay year round.
