I go every 2-3 weeks, and sometimes I'm not excited about going but it is not so much Disneyland that I'm tired of as it is crowds, heat, or rude people. I try to change it up every time, I don't care if I ride anything and many times my only ride has been the tram coming in, and maybe leaving too but sometimes I'll walk back to the structure just for fun.
My daughter and I have gone just to eat lunch at the Blue Bayou and shop at DTD. We stay into the evening and listen to the entertainment in DTD. Another time we decided to see what it would be like to see every single Billy Hill show in a day. Each one was a bit different, and Kirk Wall noticed us each time and gave us such a teasing which made it all the more fun.
If I HAD to ride the rides each time, I would be bored, but since I got my AP, that feeling has gone, and I find I enjoy my time so much more because I'm relaxed about my day. I don't have to do anything, and I like that. Sometimes we'll stay at one of the DLR hotels for another change, and then we'll bring DVDs and watch them in the early evening while we hear the fireworks going off in the distance. My time at DL is also different depending on who I bring with me. Some only enjoy doing rides, others want to see shows or shop. It's always different, but I would be happy just to sit on Main Street and listen to the music, or do like I did last time, sit along the Rivers of America and watch the activities around the island.
