Once in awhile I might have piece of toast but usually I don't eat anything. I'm just not hungry in that hour I get up and get ready and go to work. Now; about two hours later....that's a different story. Probably why my desk is stocked with lots of crackers!!
I have to, I have low blood sugar. So I have a pb sandwich for my first breakfast at 5:00 a.m. and then a little cup of Cheerios with low fat milk for my second breakfast at 9:00. DH calls me a hobbit because I have first breakfast, second breakfast and elevenses.
I do. Usually a piece of toast, half a bagel, or two eggo waffles with nothing on them. I don't wake up hungry but if I don't eat something I will feel sick in an hour or two.
I used to never eat breakfast, but I started to every day when I became pregnant with DD. Now I can't go without eating breakfast every day- I'm starving when I wake up!
I always eat early in the morning, but it isn't usually breakfast food. I usually have a frozen entree that I nuke at work. This morning it was a Corner Bistro shrimp scampi
I never eat breakfast until I get to work but on the days when I don't eat, my stomach is ready to turn inside out by the time it's lunchtime. When I'm being good, breakfast is lowfat yogurt with granola or a piece of fruit. When I'm being bad, it's a honey butter chicken biscuit from Whataburger!
I do, but it's usually an hour or two after I get up. I just can't manage to drag myself out of bed any earlier on the week days, and on the weekends I get up about 2 hours before my friends do, and I'm not a fan of going to the dining hall by myself. On week days I usually eat after my first class. Will have to readjust next semester because I'll have three hours of classes with no break, starting at 8 am
Most days I wake up around 8 and I can go until like 4 until I eat something. I know its not good, but I just don't get hungry until later. Most days I eat one meal a day, sometimes I will do two.
My DH has some cereal, OJ and coffee before he goes to work at 06:30am, some toast when he gets there around 08.00am and then a snack mid morning!
