Hi - how often do you contact Dreams Unlimited - do you contact them to make dinner reservations or do they contact you? It's my first time using them and I don't want to be a pain...thanks

Anne,
Contact your agent with any requests you have. He/she will be more than happy to help you with them.
You can email your agent any time you have a question or need.

Thanks - I'll do it now! I'm just a LITTLE excited but did not want to drive them crazy too early!

LOL, they don't mind. I am always afraid when I ask a stupid question that my agent will email me back and say, "Listen Dana, I have other clients besides you. You can find these answers if you look hard enough. Leave me alone unless it is something important!" But, so far, so good LOL LOL

I'm glad you asked this anne. I just booked my reservation thru Dreams Unlimted (and I really do mean just - like just a couple days ago). And it seems as soon as I booked it a million questions popped in my head. I got an email telling me who my agent would be and that she should be emailing me shortly with an introduction and explanation of how things worked. Meanwhile, all these questions are going thru my head and I'm not sure if I should wait until I hear from her first or if I should go ahead and email her with these questions. I know I have quite a bit of time before this trip, but I'm just nervous and excited and don't want to start pestering her too soon.

I think I have used DU for almost every trip, at least some part of it anyway. Since we bought DVC we find we don't use DU nearly as much as we used to. But, I do like to add a few days on either end of my dvc stay (hate using those week-end points). I just sent off an email to my agent telling her that I wouldn't blame her if she started not accepting me since I always make a zillion changes to my original requests!!! She is always very goodnatured about it and has always been able to get me what I've asked for. Thanks Shirley!!!!! So, don't worry about bothering them. You should have had a spot to fill in the types of things you will be wanting to do as far as PS goes. Then when the time gets closer to the 90 day mark, your agent will be in touch to find out what you need/want.

And something odd....on my last three trips, the only PS that there were any problems with were the ones I booked myself. Things like having the name wrong, or not being able to find it or the wrong time. They all worked out fine in the end but I just found it curious that the PS that DU got for me were all fine. And yes....I copied everything down correctly. Good thing I not only call the week before I go but I carry my list of confirm. numbers with me to the restuarant!

Thanks guys...
Tracey51 - go ahead and email her!. our rep is Susan and she is awesome so far. I did email her the other night about ps's and Fantasmic and she even told me what time Fantasmic was running the night I want to book the pkg (may 12). I never thought to ask...they are great!
