Do you buy personal items (like toiletries, razors, and shampoo) mostly at a physical store or an online retailer?

depends-shampoo and such from walmart (both online and physical), body wash exclusivly online from bath and body works. some other items are now online just b/c my odd otc benefit from my health insurance covers them at retailers not near me (in my household we have a combined benefit of $840 use it or lose it per year so i've tried to identify every item we use that can be purchased with it cuz there's only so much allerfex/pepsid and such that we can use in a given year).

I buy it at a physical store, online 😝
3 Words: Target Drive Up

Order in the morning, pick up anywhere from 2 hours to 3 days later for free, no minimum. (I tried WalMart’s version but they were out of stuff so often I gave up.)

I buy all my stuff in physical stores.

DW buys most in stores, but she’s constantly trying shampoos and conditioners from online sources. She never seems to be satisfied.

There's a particular kind of razor and blade I found on Amazon and nowhere else, and I buy it there because it's the best razor I've ever used, by far. Otherwise, I get basic stuff at the store.

i will add-some items i get at the dollar store b/c while they can be smaller the unit price is cheaper (dh's deoderant-smaller but less than half the price per oz), colgate toothbrushes in multipacks (3 @ $1.25 vs walmart's 3 @ $6.92).

I buy it from both places - all depends on who has the better price. If Amazon’s price is better than Walgreens - then I’ll happily have it delivered to my door is one day (sometimes the same day) 🙂👍🏼

The shampoo and conditioner I use are less expensive from the creator online so thats how I purchase it. On the other hand it's cheaper to buy toothpaste from the local health and beauty store. It’s all about the best bang for the dollar.

I find myself purchasing much more online these days than I used to. All of the stores I shop at are several miles away so I have no quick option that doesn't involve miles of driving, something I really don't like to do. I've been buying more and more from Amazon and Samsclub because of the free delivery. I still do a weekly or every other week grocery run, but I will buy anything that I can, if the price is right, online now.

Mostly Amazon. All of the box stores are far enough away that I have to plan a trip so it might be a week or two before I can get there. Amazon, on the other hand, brings me my stuff in a day or two. If I am totally out of something, I might pay more and get some at the pharmacy to hold me over. If I happen to be at a box store, I might restock on toiletries if the price is better.

I used to get most of my stuff at a physical store as they had great sales, combined with coupons. But I switched to online as I can then get the free shipping with orders over $35 and that stuff really adds up.

But then, the Rite Aid near me closed down due to all the thefts at all Rite Aids. So, now, unless I'm in a Walmart, I get all of it sent to me online.
