do you anchor your furniture?

We've just put together a cheap pantry kind of cabinet - it will hold my scrapbook supplies...I'm not sure if I should anchor it -I'm thinking that if I put heavy enough stuff in it that I won't need to -is that right?

I'm thinking it needs to be moved though 'cause it is not up against a wall - it's up against a file cabinet (blocking the view of the cabinet), but it stands about 2 feet taller - that seems like it may make a difference- but I dunno...

And yes - I have young kids...

ANd no nothing else in my house is tethered - none of the book cases or china cabinet - they all weigh a ton...
