Do you always make ADR/PS?

We usually go in sept and it is never busy. I only make PS for charector meals. We are going Dec 5th-14th this year. Do you think I will need to make PS arrangements for most of our meals. We are a really spontaneous couple when in WDW and just tend to go wherever, whenever. I don't really like committing to a PS incase we are at another park, not hungry, or doing something else. This year we are planning on eating at:
Yatchsman- which I will be making PS for tommarrow!
LeCellier
San Angel Inn
Crystal Palace- charector breakfast PS
Mama Melrose
Trails End
1900 Park Fare

I would make the PS's for CP, Mama Melroses because it's one of the FDP restaurants, 1900 and Le Cellier. The rest will probably be OK without one. I have heard recent reports of people not getting Le Cellier at 90 days so I would make one if you want to eat there. Good luck!

It's all about timing, of course--
Were it me, I'd attempt to make at least "same day" ADR's. Absolutely hate going to a restaurant and being told to wait--or not even being able to get in at all.
