Do we have to go to ME counter or just get in the bus line?

I've read somewhere that if we have the ME booklet then we can bypass the check in counter. Is that true?

When we were at the Orlando airport in January, a CM at the DME bus-loading area checked to make sure we had the paperwork, then directed us to the bus. Didn't need to stop at the check-in counter.

was there last week, and yet again, there was no CM at the counter line checking anything - we were waved right over to the CMs at the podiums in front of the bus lines - just follow their guidance when you arrive.

They have had a pre-welcoming CM roving about directing some guests to the bus lines but this one is new to me, no one at the counter and only the pre-welcoming CM there.

This could lead to some confusion and last minute attempts to schedule DME back to the airport unless the resort check in CM's kibitzed guests about that subject.
