Do we get discounts to buy park tickets with DVC membership?

We aren't fully in the DVC yet...paperwork and all still processing.

But Hubby was told something about getting deals on park tickets? Is this by using our points or is it a discount with our membership?

No discounts on Magic Your Way Tickets. Members can purchase a DVC Annual Pass that costs $100 less than the regular price of an AP. Members also get a discount on daily water park tickets and DisneyQuest admission.

points will only get you accommodations, not food or tickets.

(if you trade for a cruise, you get food, but that's unusual...)
