Do Visa cardholders book through Disney?

If free dining is offered to Visa cardholders first - do you book through Disney? Or will you need to book through the Visa Rewards website?

I'm concerned I might miss this as I'm going away for Easter and won't have internet access. I could call Disney daily, though !
