Do verandas 8550 and 8552 connect? They are connected rooms.... However from out side pictures, it looks like a solid white panel is in-between them.

Yes, almost all verandah dividers on the Fantasy open. The only ones that don't are those where the divider is a part of the superstructure of the ship. These are mostly on deck 10 and in the forward and aft areas of other decks.
