Do the TUG exchanges really work??

I go to the board there, and see ALOT of OLD ad's, and ones looking for exchanges in March 2003 (HELLO... We're in March Already)

Does anyone have experiences with TUG exchanges?

Post your own add and then go digging for what you want. Find people who have something you're interested in and contact them. See if they're interested and what you can work out.
