Do they still offer 20% coupons for some stores at downtown Disney on back of food receipts?

Last year we were able to get 20% off at some downtown Disney locations before 1 pm with coupons that came from our receipts from snacks we purchased at the parks. Do they still do this?

I got several when I was there in December. The coupons came from counter services restaurants and were good at one or two store in each park, so not sure if it was the same promotion or not.
