We got DVC magnets on both of our cruises this year. If it's not on your door on the 1st night, visit the DVC desk and they'll get one for you.

We cruised in May and July and did not have the magnets placed on our door. As @jenushkask8s stated, we had to request them to their desk. It's still a large square magnet with small cut-out magnets within. I brought our old Welcome Home white life ring magnets from years ago (still the best).

On the 10-29-22 Fantasy sailing the membership magnets were all over the place when the rooms were available (at least around us). They were the large square ones with the cutout pieces.

We've had DVC member magnets on our stateroom door on cruises we've paid cash for. As you've already discovered, you can ask and they will give you one if it's not already on the door.

We are on the Wish right now. We had the large square DVC magnet on our door. We also received a call from a DVC rep prior to the cruise advising us of the DVC desk and member gathering. We paid cash for the cruise.

We just got off the Magic yesterday and we had DVC door magnet on our door when we first got to our cabin.

From June 2022 Fantasy, you can detach them and use them as separate magnets.
