Do they still dim the lights at Chefs during Illuminations?

in 1999, we celebrated our 10 year anniversary at Chefs where they dimmed the lights and opened up the windows for Illuminations. We're headed back there again next month to celebrate our 20 year anniversary and are curious if they still dim the lights and open the windows.

Anyone? Curious if anyone has been there recently dining at 9:00pm -- did they dim the lights and open the windows?

We were dining there during illuminations in early september but they did not dim lights or open windows. The food was great though!
