Do They Know How Often You've Called?

No. I've called several times in the past few weeks trying to get the 40% off code. After several days/weeks of calling i finally got a CM to apply the code to my reservation. 40% off at AKL.

They do track how often you've stayed at the parks as they've repeated the information back to me confirming my past trips. That may or may not help you get a code. Good Luck.

They know how many times I call when I use the 1-800 number....casue they have to pay their phone bill...
