Yes if you show your hotel id your item can be delivered to your hotel.
Make sure you tell the CM before they start to ring up your purchases, otherwise they will have to cancel the transaction and start again
Yep - just to back up what Cyrano said really do make sure that the cashier knows you want it delivered BEFORE they've started racking it up on the till.
Telling them after will not win you any fans from either the cashier or the people behind you in the queue (been there, done that!).
They will complete a yellow form, one part goes with the shopping - the other part is given to you - you must present this at the counter at the store in the Hotel in order to collect your goods.
Oh, and also - there is a time-limit after which no further orders will be taken for the day.
I think the cut off time is around 3pm for asking for shopping to be delivered and yes do make sure you tell them before you start to get the items rung through. Also it is only up until the day before you check out.
If you miss the cut-off time for that day, you can still use the service but your purchases will be at your hotel the next day, they are there first thing in the morning.
This is a really good service to use if you are buying Christmas presents.
My DD is amazed that Santa Claus manages to get all the things that she sees in the DLRP shops, it would have been a give away if she had seen mummy walking out of the shops laden down with bags.
They do this for the four "near the magic" hotels too (Explorers, Dream Castle, Holiday Inn and Kyriad) so you'll be OK at the Dream Castle, princess_tigerlily86.

I find the CMs will often offer it, but as there are 5 of us we usually have a lot of purchases. We don't always bother with it, but as we bought a lot of fragile Christmas tree decorations this time we did.
