Do these choices sound good?

DH and I will be in WDW the last week of August, staying at the Beach Club (so excited, first time at a deluxe! :goodvibes :teeth:

We've decided to avoid both the early morning and the late night EMH parks. We don't really enjoy counter service restaurants, so it will be mostly table service (eating lighter at lunches, obviously). We will not be on the dining plan. I'd appreciate any input on my choices, as well as suggestions on the very best things to order! :flower:

Monday: arrival day, MGM Fantasmic dinner package at Mama Melrose's
Tuesday: MK lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern, Epcot dinner at Bistro de Paris
Wednesday: AK lunch at Tusker House, Epcot dinner at Marrakesh
Thursday: MGM lunch at Brown Derby, MK dinner at Cinderella's Table
Friday: non-park day - Beaches & Cream lunch, Wolfgang Puck Cafe dinner
(or at the new Irish Pub in Pleasure Island)
Saturday: Epcot lunch at Coral Reef, MGM dinner at Prime Time Cafe
Sunday: AK lunch at Flame Tree BBQ (or Epcot's Le Cellier - it will depend
which park we end up at this last day)
WL dinner at Artist Point followed up by MK's Wishes
Monday: Breakfast at Cape May Cafe before going home :sad2:

Everybody has been so helpful so far, thanks so much for any opinions!

:cloud9:

Good choices except for Beaches and cream. Ate there last week and had the very worst hamburgers ever- and I eat at alot of Hockey rinks. Greasy and tasteless. I'd stick to ice cream. Also instead I'd go to Earl of Sandwich at DTD. Really great sandwiches.

Great choices :goodvibes I was wondering what PS times you were going for with that many TS? My itinerary looks alot like yours (except we have more buffet/all you can eat) so I'm curious how others space meal times.

Thanks, Calie

I've scheduled all our lunches at (or close to) noon. Our dinners (and not all of them are locked in yet, unfortunately) range from 4:30 (Mama Melrose's FDP the first day) to 7:30pm (and I still need to book a 8:00pm+ later).

Don't get me started on this whole new "later p.s. times will be released later" policy! LOL! I'm a firm believer in the OLD policy of "call first-get the best times" policy! But I'll keep calling and cancelling reservations, I guess they want someone to talk to!

We ate at Beaches and Cream a few weeks ago and loved the food and the ice cream. One thing to keep in mind is that it is very small and if you want to eat inside ( with the full menu ) you may have a long wait, we were told it would be an hour is we decided to eat outside. We loved it, I guess any place can have a bad day.
