Do the resort fridges have freezers?

Do the resort fridges have freezers? If so how big are they?

Most of the ones I've seen are very small...you might be able to fit in a small water bottle or two. We keep an insert for an insulin cooler in it.

The DVC freezer are of course much bigger.

sleepyone, I don't want you to be misled. Notice all my qualifying words....might, small water bottles and most of the ones I've seen!

The refrigerators are the small cube dorm types. And I've seen reports that the ones in the value resorts may even be smaller? Don't know where you are staying....

Hopefully someone who has used the freezer for water bottles will happen along.

We were at CBR in December, and our fridge did not have a freezer compartment. It made more room for other things, but you couldn't freeze anything. Others have posted that the fridge at their resort did have a freezer and they could put a couple of water bottles in it. If you're counting on being able to freeze water bottles, you might want to check with someone who has been to the resort you're going to, to see if those fridges have freezers.

The studio fridges (home away from home) have bigger half-size fridges under the counter that we actually fit a box of waffles, some water bottles and some TV dinners into.

But the hotel fridges were just the square cube with little to no freezer space. Maybe we slid our ice pack into it - but it didn't freeze it solid.

We've had a fridge the last four years, once at CSR, once at AKL and twice at the Poly, and each one had a small freezer compartment. We'd put water bottles in them every night and take them to the parks the next day. Worked great.

We could easily fit a couple of bottles of water in it. I think I could get three. I'm pretty sure they were 16 or 20 oz. bottles. They will also keep your Mickey bar or ice cream sandwich frozen.
