Do the outlet shops get MNSSHP merchandise?

We went to MNSSHP for the first time this year, and while there I bought DD a Mickey Halloween snowglobe for her collection. Not long after we got back, it fell off the dresser and shattered. I called WDW Mail Order, but unfortunately it was so close to Halloween that they were sold out and not getting any more in. Then I bought one on Ebay, only to find out a month later that it never shipped and my money will be refunded. Arrrrrg!!! Of course now there aren't any more on Ebay either.

Is there any place to get something like that? The seller seemed to have a supplier, but it couldn't have been WDW if they were out of them two months ago. Would the outlets in Florida have something like that?
