Do the "live" shows change on the cruises?

Do the live shows/performances change on the ships? If we cruised on the Fantasy earlier this year and plan on booking another cruise in 2019... would it be the same shows? Do the shows differ depending on the ship? Thanks!

The shows stay the same for a few years at a time. You will probably see different performers though.
(Magic, comedian etc)

The shows do run for a long time. But, the Fantasy has not gotten a new show since she first sailed. The other ships have - Tangled on the Magic in 2015, Frozen on the Wonder in 2016, Beauty and the Beast on the Dream which premieres next month. So, if one of the ships was getting a new show, I would bet on the Fantasy. Maybe something Polynesian....

When we took a B2B Med./WBTA last fall we saw "Tangled" twice, once on each cruise. There were a couple of other lesser productions and, as stated above, magicians, comedians, etc. as well. Disney movies run continuously, so if you don't want to see a stage show, there is that option. Plus there are many other activities you can find in the daily Navigator...or you can do nothing. Since you have sailed with DCL before you probably are familiar with the routine. Just be patient and when the mouse launches the three new ships, you will have more choices for musicals.
