Do restaurants have crayons for the kids?

Do the restaurants at Disney have crayons and coloring page for the kids?(You know how some places have the menu's you can color on) Most our our TS meals will be buffets (have a 2 and 3 yr old) but even if we dno't have to wait for food to be delivered, I'm thinking having something for them to DO may be a good idea, right?

When we were there they did not offer them at buffets. As soon as you get your table you can get your food. The only buffets we did were character ones so the kids were always watching to see who was coming and whwere they all were. There was no need for crayons for them. At all the other TS they always had crayons for them.

No, my son didn't get them at any meal that we did. I realized it about 3/4 of the way through our trip. This could be because he is only 2 and we didn't buy a meal plan for him though, not sure.

The crayons come with the kid's menus - sometimes in a cup sometimes a pack of four. The menus have coloring activities on them as well as the descriptions of the various kid's meals. We didn't get them at the buffets but did get them at all our other sit-down meals. In fact I think I have photos of the kids coloring on them. We got one menu for each child who was considered a disney child (the oldest got an adult menu). There is a girls side and a boys side on the menus. At WCC it's one of the "activities" where the waiter/waitress calls out "we need crayons" and all the kid's run over with a crayon or two to share.

ETA - we got the crayons at Chefs de France, WCC, Tutto Italia and Tony's Town Square.

We didn't get a coloring menu or crayons at a single disney restaurant and we've been to a lot of them!

That being said, there is so much going on...DD has never needed anything extra to entertain her at TS meals.

Do they still have paper "table cloths" at the BC in Cape May Cafe? At least for dinner I remember they did and they got a little child's glass of crayons to draw on the tables. Since it's been a few years and I don't think the dining plan was in effect last we went, things might have changed.

If my mind is functioning properly tonight, many of the TS restaurants had crayons. Usually it was the 4-pack. DD quickly got bored with only 4 colors so we started carrying her twist up crayons. They pack easily and we never had 'melting' problems when we went in the hotter months. I actually carry them in my bag so they are quickly accessible.
