Do resorts still have long term storage?

I keep reading reports of people storing luggage at resorts while on a Disney cruise. We are staying at CR , then cruise , then to BC. The concierge at BC said they didn't do this. Ive asked 3 questions to the concierge & their response has basically been "no, but let us know if we can do anything for you". I'm like I am telling you what you can do for us & you keep saying no to what I think are very reasonable requests. Also, it would be storing the luggage 4 days.

I think those that are storing their luggage are asking bell services directly as they would be the ones to actually hold the items. You might need to try and contact the manager for bell services at Beach Club to ask them. Concierge may not be asking bell services or concierge may be thinking you are wanting them to hold the luggage directly.

Thanks for the reply. I would hope that if the resort offers the service that concierge would know about & be able to facilitate that, not just answer with a no.

You won't know until you get there as to whether or not they will store it. It's a case by case basis with bell services. If you go over to the Disney Cruise board and do a search you can find questions on this same topic.

I don't believe it is an "offered service" but rather they do as a service if and when they are able.
