Do Resorts Other Than SSR Have Open Houses?

Took the tour of SSR last month and later in the day checked out the open house there as well.
My wife and I are coming down again at the end of the month and I am wondering if the other resorts have open houses as well. And if so, does anyone know the open house times?

When we were checking out the Boardwalk last October, there were a couple of villas open with people walking in and out and a salesperson there. Right on the Boardwalk. I don't know if they do that all the time or not. I have also seen signs at MGM for Old Key West "open house".

With the exception of OKW, the layouts of the rooms at the other on property DVC resorts are the same. The only differences are in which resort, and decorations. I think SSR is the only resort with a dedicated sales center with models that can be toured. That would make sense because it is the only resort where points are still available.

There are models on the Boardwalk open for viewing but existing owners might not be allowed in. Apparently, it's the one place on Walt Disney World property where members aren't so "magical".

Just got back. I was on the Boardwalk one night last week and the models were open. Told them I had purchased SSR last Oct., and have not had a chance to go over to SSR and see them . The people were very nice and told me to go in and have a look around. Can't imagine them telling you can't see them because you are a existing member.

Another thread indicated that some DVC owners were not treated well at the BWV open house, but the following is directly from the current portable perks book:

"Or stop by our new location in Disney's BoardWalk entertainment district between Jellyrolls and Big River Grille & Brewing Works, where Disney's Boardwalk Villas model rooms are open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. A Host/Hostess will be there to welcome you."
