You should call the Wal-mart and find out where they were from. Then report them, you won't need their names ecause I'm sure they'll have a record of who was there. That kind of behavior is disrespectful to their uniform and the people and country they serve. I'm not sure about other branches of the military but it's considered an official punishable violation in the USMC.

I do have to say I live pretty close to both an AFB and a naval base. I run into military personnel quite often and have never seen anyone act inappropriately.
