Hi all

I am approaching the 7 month mark for a desired Christmas week reservation. I am not sure if I can say the resort/room type I want to book. I just looked again and it is actually open before my desired check in date now. I could start walking the reservation tomorrow instead of trying next Wednesday at my actual 7 month mark. I have never walked a reservation before so it all makes me nervous 😬

Yes, just realize that an owner can jump in front of you.

If you walk do you have to give up your home resort that you booked at 11 months? Or do you have enough points to do both. An owner can jump in front of you when walking so I wouldn’t want you to end up with no reservation.
Thanks for the heads up. I will keep what I have and maybe consider walking a couple days before hand. I do have enough points but I find this all too risky and confusing for my taste lol

Last year I monitored Xmas Day arrival and it seems many people do not book Xmas Day .
What is your current reservation and your Wishful arrival day / resort for the holidays ?
BLT you should probably already be walking for instance…I think the Copper Creek Wilderness Lodge locations are also very popular.
I wonder if this year announcement for the GF Holiday Gingerbread House will make this easier to book last minute ,
