Do I need to pack beach towels?

First time cruiser! All of our port excursions involve water activities - Dolphins, diving, turtles, beach break. Do they provide towels at these excursions, or do I need to pack them to take with us?

No need for your own towels. When you meet up with your excursion group, they have racks of towels you can grab and take with you. Then, there are places for you to drop the used towels on the port, before you get back on the ship. Have a great cruise!

There are also towels by the pools.

I agree with the previous posters that there are lots of towels available both at the pools and for excursions. However, because your title of your post said Beach towels, I wanted to add a point. The towels that are available on the ship are bath size towels, so if you want a bigger beach towel size, and you would want to bring one from home.

I usually just take two of the DCL supplied ones. That works for me.

Just be sure to get your towels before you go to Cay Island..otherwise pools the ship had plenty of towels. Have a great time!

Do you mean Castaway Cay? Or experiences they've had CMs on the dock area handing out towels as you exit the ship:

If I had room in my suitcase I would of brought a couple of my own from home. I really did not like the texture or size of the towels they provided but I am towel snob.
