do I need ressies for this?

My family will be going "back home" at the end of August and my little sis has discovered creme brulee. I've heard the one at Kona is yummy, and we were wondering if we just wanted cocktails and dessert in the evening if we needed ressies for that. How late are they open? I'm not sure yet what time we'd go as we're still finalizing the itinerary, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I can't answer about Kona but I can offer this advice. DH did a little creme brulee sampling everywhere on our last trip and declared that Le Cellier's was the best by far. We didn't eat at Kona though to be fair.
