Do I Need My AAA # When I Call ?

I am a brand new AAA member (June) I had all intentions of making my ressies for April today during work with my AAA membership, but I left my card at home . . .will they ask me for my membership # when I call to make ressies?

Anyone know?

I booked a room only last week and yes, she asked for my AAA number and when it expired. I was surprised by that.

Yes, here in Atlanta, you must provide your number. I think it is a good thing.

Hmmmmmmmm . . . wonder if I go to the AAA website it'll provide my number, otherwise looks like I'll be calling tonight from home . . .

I did not need it when I called and booked AAA for a 6 night stay but she did tell me to have it at check in or I would be charged rack rate!

I've booked thru Disney getting AAA rates several times. Sometimes they ask for the membership number, sometimes they don't. Why don't you try it and if they ask for it tell them you just joined and don't have it yet. I think they will tell you to make sure you have it at check in or you will pay the rack rate.

I called to get price quotes last week 2 separate times. The first time the CRO didn't ask for my AAA number, but the second time they did. I guess it all depends on which CM takes your info.

I booked our Dec CR stay for AAA rate. I wasn't asked for any AAA info at the time.

My CM told me I could call back with the number because I didn't have the card on me at the time.

I was able to book without the number. The AAA website just says that you must have it at check-in.

They didn't ask me when I called CRO. It seems to depend on which one takes the call.

Back in June, I booked 3 rooms for December with the AAA rate. I wasn't asked for my # at the time but I had it handy because sometimes they do ask. You just never know.
