Do I need a strategy?

I would like to book a 2 bedroom in April for 8 nights at BWV (not the 1st week which would be Holiday).

I have enough 2012 BWV points left right now for 3 nights and additional 177 points available from different home resorts. I will still have to borrow 80, 2013 points from somewhere to complete the reservation.

I would prefer to use the 177 (bankable) points for this resv but am concerned if I wait until the 7 month window is up I may not get the rest of the remaining nights.

I understand I am just asking for your opinion(s) and there are no guarantees and TYIA.

Which view do you want? Standard view will be hardest to get, then BW view. You should not have a problem getting preferred pool/garden view if you call right at 7 months out.

I'd book what you can at your applicable home resorts then book day 1 for the 7 months out. i agree that standard or BW view isn't likely, if you're set on that you will likely have to use the BWV points only.

Oops should have included that info. I will be requesting preferred/pool view, which I thought would work to my benefit. Thanks
