Do I have to link dining reservations?

I've made two resort only reservations as we cannot decide which one to keep and which dates to go. One reservation was for 3/8-3/14/15 (Plan A) and the other is for 3/15-3/21/15 (Plan B).

As my window has opened for 3/8 we have started to make dining reservations. I have two main questions:
  1. If I cancel Plan A next month do I lose any of the ADR's that we have made?
  2. Can I link the ADRS made under Plan A MDE to Plan B MDE?

ADR's are not, in any way, linked to your room reservation. You will not lose them if you cancel the room.

However, there's no reason to maintain two MDE accounts. You should be able to link both resort reservations to the same account, even if they overlap.
