BLT vs VWL vs POLYV

BLT and VWL about the same price and POLYV $60 more a night than the BLT & VWL

Check-In for the Villas is 4:00 pm and Check-Out is 11:00 am

All have a Flat-panel TV and DVD player, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

BLT Studio (300 sq.ft.)
Studio - Queen Size bed, plus full-size sleeper sofa. Bathroom has one sink, tub/shower, and toilet, no ceiling fan, monorail, bus

VWL Studio (356 sq.ft.)
Studio - come with one queen bed and a full sleeper sofa and a pull down trundle bed. Bathroom has one sink, tub/shower, and toilet, has a ceiling fan small 4 drawer dresser, boat, bus

POLYV Studio the largest at WDW (any know the square footage?)
Studio - 1 queen-size bed, 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, 1 pull-down bunk size bed, full bath separated into two areas—one with shower and sink, and the other with toilet, sink and tub/shower combination, big drawers under the bed and empty space for suitcase storage, has a ceiling fan, monorail, bus

I think I read poly is 465 sq ft
And I thought BLT was supposedly 339 not 300
Also Poly has boat service to MK too

Thank you for the corrections
I wish the POLV had a ceiling fan - nice to have when the balcony slider doors are open, to circulate the air.

Love the size of the POLV
Now just to save the extra $'s
I think our second choice will be VWL

We love the CR - but the studio villa reviews make it impossible to fit our older teen DS & DD.

Any other helpful advice?

Don't book a studio. Book either a one bedroom or a standard hotel room.

A standard WDW deluxe resort would charge us an extra $25 for our over 18 year old DS & DD. The cost is not worth it, and deletes any discounts available.

We could try for a one bedroom - but I, the DW, would be requested to cook more meals.
That is why we are trying for a studio.
POLYV may be our best choice.
Lots of studio's there to obtain, large rooms, and 2 showers!

Are older teen DS and DD OK with sharing a queen-sized sleeper? I think the DVC studios are tight enough for two, let alone 4 big people.

Poly studios are nice because of the expanded bathroom space and larger living area. If one of the teens is smaller, the pull-down Murphy bed might be an option for him/her.

Since you listed storage for both VWL and Poly you should consider the storage at BLT. Large 6 drawer ( I think) dresser plus upper cabinet. This is all one large unit that also holds the tv. Also, separate kitchenette space with cabinets and pull out shelving. And a closet with large pedestal safe. In the kitchen area there is another counter and mirror that can be used by a second person while getting ready in the morning if the bathroom is being used by someone else. We also use the space by the entry where the connecting door to the one bedroom is for suitcases. It's not out of sight whe you enter the room but is plenty large for a couple of oversized suitcases.

I'd not be terribly thrilled with any of them though for 4 adults unless you are used to sharing a single hotel room.

Our DD is 5' 2" and 100 pounds - will she fit on the pull down murphy bed ?
Thank you

I'm 5'5" and have laid down on them and would say yes, she will fit. Depending on how much she moves around when sleeping may vary how comfortable it is. I thought it was narrower than a normal twin bed but she should have enough room lengthwise.
