Do I have *any* chance at getting a Cinderella (CRT) ADR for my trip?

So we made plans a *year* ago with my parents to go to WDW. We will be there Dec 10- Dec 15. I asked them over and over if they wanted to go to CRT, but no they did not. My niece is going too. My mom emails me the other day telling me that they have to go to CRT now. They want to take my niece and my kids to CRT. I looked online tonight and of course nothing.

Do I have ANY chance of getting a meal there during this week? I know no one knows for sure, but if you have a minute, post your experience and thoughts. We've been in the past but I made the ADR 6 months in advance.

I hope I don't drive my children batty when they are adults. Thanks for any encouragement!!

Of course you have a chance. People change and cancel their dining reservations all the time.

To get a leg up on the competition, I suggest following the December canceled ADR thread. CRT is given up quite frequently on those threads.

Keep checking. There was a 9:10am reservation open yesterday on the 13th I believe. As long as you are not too concerned about what time, something will open up. Just keep checking online. Good luck!

We *just* booked our entire trip about a month ago (for November), and I found two open CRT times that same day!!! I was SHOCKED, yes, but I grabbed one. Not our ideal day or time, but I'm going to make it work, lol. I've found a couple other HTG ressies with constant checking, too.

I do believe you can find one. If you are a large party, it will be harder, but don't give up.

Be sure to check at around 45 days from your trip. That's when the final payment is due and some people ditch the trip at that time. Since CRT requires a CC hold, they DO cancel.

Also, check closer to your trip. Once again, because of the CC guarantee, openings do come up.

I booked CRT for October only a few weeks ago. The CM on the phone was quite surprised but there were 2 open time spots for our family of 3 for that night. I booked a early 3:55 dinner for our MMNSSHP night!
