DTD is emphasized, but usually can get it regardless. just ask nicely. If all else fails, show a receipt at the ESPNSportsZone store and theyll give it to you.

I think the answer is no. I believe if you eat at a table service restaurant at one of the three Disney hotels, you can get validated parking for the corresponding hotel parking lot.

I've gotten validation at Steakhouse 55, Storytellers, and Napa Rose, but prefer to park at the hotel.

New update on DTD parking - "Your first 2 hours of parking are free. An additional 2 hours can be validated at AMC Theatres and table-service dining restaurants. After that, the cost is $6 for each additional 30-minute increment."

When we enter the parking lot to the Grand Californian, we tell them we have a reservation at Storytellers/Napa Rose, they wave us in, we valet, we dine, we get our tag validated, and we have 3 hours. Same for Disneyland hotel for Steakhouse 55 and same for PPH for Pacific Grill.

We usually tip, but never been charged for the parking if we are back within 2-3 hours.

We have always received a validation for DtD parking when we've dined at NR or S55. Sometimes when we've forgotten to get a validation, the parking CM has asked to see our receipt and waved us through.
