If so, where do you buy your tickets? I want to save time and not to stand in line. I want to have my tickets in hand before arrival.

Where do I buy my tickets? I am in Atlanta, GA.

You can buy them online at WDW. They will hold them at the Will Call booth and you can pick them up that day or (I think) they will mail them to you. (I know Universal will mail them.) You can pick them up at DTD also.

We have ordered ours through ticketmania.com in the past. They can mail the tickets to you. They have other delivery options, but we have not used those. I think you may also be able to buy tix at the resorts, if you are staying onsite, but I may be wrong on that one.

I have always ordered mine thru the wdw site also. I paid the standard shipping and have always received the hard plastic tickets. This year opted for the AP but ended up standing in line!! I prefer in hand. I personally didn't find much of a discount going thru one of the other sites.

I always buy mine at the officialticketcenter.com. They are dependable and will ship, etc.

If you are staying onsite, you can buy your tickets at your resort. They will add the admissions on to your room key card. You can do this at checkin.

I got my tickets for our trip last month from Undercover Tourist. I used a link in the Mousesavers newsletter and saved $23 per ticket (for seven 7-day park hopper tickets) vs. the gate price. Plus it was convenient not to stand in line at WDW.

I always get my tickets from Disney World via phone. They can expedite them to you within a few days. Like you, I'm in the Atlanta area. There are Disney Stores at Gwinnett Place and the Mall of Georgia. I've had good success with calling them up and getting tickets as well.

I believe that they are no longer available directly at the resorts at check in.

We have annual passes so they're good for 2 of our trips. But when they expire, we buy tickets at the ticket windows in front of the parks.

For out last trip we ordered them online from Disney.

The few trips before that we had a package so the tickets were on our room key.

Prior to those we bought our tickets at the Resort when we arrived.

For our next trip if we do not do a package we will purchase them again before leaving.

Plus, free shipping. And they had the best rates I could find.

You could also try AAA.

I wanna make sure I understand this, I can goto the Disney Store here in Huntsville,Al and pruchase my tickets and have them in hand when I leave that store??

Mousesavers newsletter and the link to Ticketmania, saved us $20 per tickets last year.

Yes! I bought mine at the Disney Store at our local mall (Chicago area). I even got $10 off by applying for a Disney Visa in the store. They "activate" them in the register (similar to a gift card) and you will get a printout along with your receipt that has the actual ticket numbers printed on it. Keep this in a safe place along with a xerox copy of the front and back of your tickets in case of loss or theft.

The clerk told me the tickets were now ready to use as soon as we arrive at Disney! (I wrapped them up and gave them to the boys for Christmas!)

The prices are discounted for purchasing in advance vs. buying them on site. I believe some of the .com places are a little cheaper. Maple Leaf tickets were $17 less TOTAL for four 7-day premium hoppers. Plus there was a shipping charge which almost negated the savings. For that little bit less it is not worth it to me to worry if they will ever get delivered. I liked having them in my hot little hand...

I always prefer to get my park hoppers at my local Disney Store. I get my ticket right away, and I take them to work with me the next day.

I use the work photocopier and I make copies of all tickets, and the receipts.

When I travel, I make sure to have the actual tickets on my person, a set of copies in my checked bag, and another set of copies in my carry-on bag.

I'm not taking any chances with those precious tickets. LOL.
