Do Harry Potter stores close AT closing time or linger like Disney?

I know that at Disney World, stores linger well after the stated park close time - that is, if MK closes at 10:00 p.m., you could probably be in the Main Street stores until at least 10:30, maybe 11:00 before they finally kick you out and shut things down.

Does the same apply to stores in Diagon Alley? I want to make sure I have time to soak in the shopping experience, but don't want to count on some extra end of park time and then miss out!

The Harry Potter stores are at the very back of the parks. Plus there is a show on the castle. If there is merch you want, I'd pick it up sooner than later. Some of the merch is available online.

As far as I could tell, yes, the Harry Potter stores close at park closing time. They do not stay open for a while like most Disney stores.

Some of the HP merch you can pick up at the stores at the front of the Park. However, they don't have everything. So you better get it sooner. They do not linger

There is also Harry Potter stuff at the Universal store on City Walk which I believe is open later.
