Do fanatic cards expire after the compleation of a CP

When I reapply for another program will my fanatic cards still be on file? Will whoever accepts or denies applicants see the two i received last year?

GSFs are on your permenant record so they never go away. Now, does anyone check for them? I have no idea.

They'll see them cuz they go on your record card & they check your record when you apply.
