Do EPCOT ticket prices change?

I'm heading down to Orlando for my annual trip in December. I generally go to Universal for a couple days and then spend a day at Epcot however this year I'm on a budget. I have $250 to spend and need it to cover the ticket, taxes, food/drink, and a locker. From past trips I know I'll spend a bit over $100 on the food/drink and $15 for the locker, that leaves me only $135 to cover entry. Right now tickets are $160 after taxes, is there any chance they'll come down or should I just save the money and do something else this year and probably future years?

They are not coming down. Also, 1-day tickets are always the most expensive you can buy.

Ticket prices vary by day. Some days are more expensive than others. December is busy, so you will pay more than in September. For example, if you go on a Wednesday in September you would pay $129. (Unless they raise prices before you buy)

Disney tickets always go up in price. You can pay less per day by buying a multiday ticket and sometimes they offer certain ticket deals, but always on multiday tickets and usually during non-peak times.

If you want to stay in your budget, you could spend less on food or just increase your budget.
