Do DVC villas reserved through Disney charge extra person fees?

I just read that the BC charges $25/person for everyone past 2 people that are over 18. Do the DVC villas also charge that? I was planning to reserve a 2 bedroom for 6-8 people if free dining drops, but paying per person fees would make me reconsider. Thanks!

No actual knowlege, but I would think not. They don't charge extra adult fees on the Famiky Suites or in the Fort Wilderness Cabins, afaik. And they don't charge DVC members "by the guest." So it's reasonable to not charge DVC cash guests.

Thanks, all! I just found this:

The first two adults in a room (and by adult, I mean anyone 18 or older) and any children are automatically factored into the cost of your resort nightly stay. However, if you are travelling as a group of adults or bringing grandma along to stay with your family, you may notice that the rates do go up slightly. This is as a result of the following fees for extra adults:

  • Value Resorts – a per person fee of $15 per night
  • Moderate Resorts – a per person fee of $25 per night
  • Deluxe Resorts – a per person fee of $35 per night
The only exceptions to this rule are Disney’s Deluxe Villa Resorts as well as Disney’s Family Suites like those at Art of Animation or All Star Music.
