Do Dreams Universal Tickets offer Early Entry to WWOHP?

I was told last year by a TM at the turnstiles of IOA as I came into the park during regular opening that I could've entered early due to the type of ticket I have. I've looked everywhere online & haven't been able to confirm or deny this piece of information. I was just wondering if anyone had any information. We will be there next Tuesday & would like any advice. TIA!

Officially, early entry is only available with a Universal package or by staying onsite. But some people have said that they were able to get in early with that ticket.

It sounds like a few people got this type of ticket and it seems like it was just coincidental. There are other operators who sell the transfer ticket including admission and they say that early admission is NOT included. Universal themselves denied that it was included and state that the only way you can get early entry is by staying onsite or with an offsite package purchased through them.
