Do Disney post anything to your address?

Hi there.

We booked our Disney trip (which is in 61 days) from the UK months ago, problem is that we just moved to Canada a month ago so it's complicating things a bit.

We just wondered do Disney post anything out to our UK address? We can't seem to change the billing address on MDE to our new Canadian address and we haven't booked Magical Express yet since its a UK phone number.

Yes. They will send you a letter which includes your vouchers for accommodation, tickets and dining plan (if you have one), free gift card voucher if you got that, an information book and the little book of vouchers. So you need to get your address changed!

I would give them a call as soon as you can and talk to someone about it- stuff will need changing over, as they don't send the vouchers out with lots of time to spare.

Can I jump on this question too please ? When do they send out the paperwork ? We will be away from home the fortnight before our holiday, nobody will be there to forward our mail. Fingers crossed they send it out in plenty time.

Hi I moved after I booked too.

I phoned disney and they can't change it over the phone but they gave me this email address wdtc-uk@disney.com.

If you booked it through the uk website this will be the one you need.

I sent them an email with my booking ref and old address and my new address.

A few days later I got an email back confirming the change and a new holiday invoice with new address on it.

Our tickets etc. arrived at our UK address with about 3 weeks to go, if that helps

worst case scenario, you don't get your package. No big deal, you won't need any documents.
only the vouchers for discounts would be lost.
If you get a Gift Card though you'd have to try and have that resolved in Orlando.
But you won't need any document to check in at your hotel, just your name.

they usually make sure you get them at least 2 weeks out.

we usually set off a couple of weeks before our WDW vacations.
so we always send an email or call WDTC-UK to let them know that we need our documents in advance, and they've been great at accomodating requests of that nature

the only difficulty I had was that it wouldn't let me book a return trip so I booked them as two separate trips. They are showing up on my MDE so I assume it has worked.

We called the American number since we couldn't call the 0800 number from Canada and they couldn't even find our booking with the reference number.... (we booked with WDTC) and so they tried to connect us to the WDTC on the phone but they were closed already.
We're really not having much luck!

Also we just booked our tickets 2 days ago, we linked our tickets to our resort reservation on MDE, but its only letting me book fastpass+ for 30 days in advance rather than 60? We are currently at 61 days to go, not sure if that's why?

you should be able to link your UK reservation with your UK number on MyDisneyExperience
if you can't you'll need to email WDTC-UK to get a US confirmation number

you won't be able to book FP+ at 60 days out until your hotel reservation is linked to MDX along with your tickets.

if your hotel reservation is not linked, you'll only be able to make FP+ selections at 30 days.
If it is linked, you'll be able to make FP+ selections at 60 days, not before;
